Project Management Professional Exam Prep with Organizational Leadership This course provides experienced project managers with the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully complete the Project Management Institute's nationally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) exam. This credential is considered the standard of excellence in the field of project management and is often a required credential in the field. The course uses learning activities, practice exams, and assignments to help you prepare for, and successfully complete, the PMP exam. To apply for the PMP, students will need to have either a secondary degree (high school diploma, associate's degree, or the global equivalent) with at least five years of project management experience, with 7,500 hours leading and directing projects and 35 hours of project management education OR a four-year degree (bachelor’s degree or the global equivalent) and at least three years of project management experience. .
