This payment of $739.66 represents your initial down payment toward the total price of $2,099 for the Phlebotomy course beginning October 19.  This initial payment includes a $40 enrollment fee.

This payment plan can be used to register through October 15. After October 15, registration will require full payment.

Remaining payment due dates are as follows

• $699.67 due November 1, 2026
• $699.67 due December 1, 2026
