An ideal beginner's class from learning computer hardware basics to exploring Windows and Microsoft Office (including Word). Learn through hands-on sessions to open, close, size and switch between windows; create, edit, format, save and print a document. Build the necessary foundation for further study in computers. Microsoft Office Associate Learn to use the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) from beginner to advanced level. Build expertise through hands-on exercises, in-depth materials, supplemental video demonstrations, and quizzes and exams. Must be familiar with a PC, Windows, and able to launch and close programs, and manage digital files and folders. Must be taken on a PC with MS Office 365 or 2021, Macs and Chromebooks are not compatible, access to email. Prerequisites: Familiarity with a PC and in a Windows environment. You must also be able to launch and close programs, navigate to information stored on the computer and manage electronic files and folders.
