Learn to use the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) from beginner to advanced level. Build expertise through hands-on exercises, in-depth materials, supplemental video demonstrations, and quizzes and exams. Must be familiar with a PC, Windows, and able to launch and close programs, and manage digital files and folders. Must be taken on a PC with MS Office 365 or 2021, Macs and Chromebooks are not compatible, access to email. Prerequisites: Familiarity with a PC and in a Windows environment. A basic, useable knowledge of Excel, including designing, creating and editing a spreadsheet to analyze and display data used to make business and/or personal decisions. Methods will include creating formulas, functions and charts to analyze and present information. Use relative and absolute cell references to speed up your work.

EXCEL INTERMEDIATE - INF121

Excel Intermediate
Learn the techniques for handling large spreadsheets. Use the Solver Add-In analysis tool, the conditional IF function, cell references linking formulas between worksheets, cell and range naming and using named ranges in functions, formatting and customizing charts, the VLOOKUP function and creating a basic macro to automate a regularly used process.
